Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 production support services for MDM solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery and timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations, to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Informatica and MDM technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
  • Design and implement data integration solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for critical issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Level 2 production support services, with a strong background in Informatica and MDM.
  • 3+ years of experience in SQL and data integration.
  • 2+ years of experience in MDM Informatica.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms.
  • Certifications in Informatica, MDM, or related technologies.
