Job Title: Water Treatment Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Water Treatment Sales Representative to join our team at Culligan of Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling water treatment applications to residential customers in a professional and straightforward manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell water treatment solutions to residential customers through a proven sales process.
  • Execute product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.
  • Generate new customer leads and initiate sales calls to maintain sales quotas.
  • Respond to customer needs and follow up with new customers pre- and post-sale.
  • Discuss products with customers, answer questions, and perform technical aspects of the job.
  • Develop relationships with customers and the local community through involvement in civic organizations.
  • Set personal performance goals and strive to achieve them.
  • Communicate with the Sales Manager on leads and scheduled appointments.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related field is an asset.
  • Prior experience with residential territories and the water industry is a plus.
  • A versatile self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pleasant, professional, and friendly customer service demeanor.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and access to your own transportation.
