Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enforce optimal service standards and templates
  • Manage and lead a team, setting KPIs and ensuring proper training and business processes
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and align with the Client Success Director
Requirements:
  • Fully bilingual (English and French)
  • 3+ years in a senior contributor role
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to drive and balance a team
  • Ideally previous grant management or membership experience
  • Previous experience working in an academic environment
