About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer and Grant Writer to join our team at CLevelCrossing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, developing business plans, and securing grants to support our growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support business growth and development
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Research and secure grants and funding opportunities to support our business objectives
  • Collaborate with our accountant to build financial models and forecasts
  • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, communicating with stakeholders, artists, businesses, organizations, and promoters
  • Act as HR and Admin, representing the owner and working with the local accountant to meet developing and financing capabilities
  • Project the daily burn rate of the brand within its current assets and properties, looking for ways to generate significant capital within various departments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial management, grant writing, and business development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, artists, and other professionals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting and budgeting tools
