Job Title: Lead, Client Support & Grants

Our client, a leading not-for-profit organization in Vancouver, is seeking a highly skilled Lead, Client Support & Grants to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely or from the office, depending on your preference.

Job Summary:

The Lead, Client Support & Grants will report directly to the Manager and be responsible for client management, grant management workflow, liaising with different departments, email correspondence, developing effective templates, collaboration, and coaching across teams. The successful candidate will leverage company program knowledge and grant management procedures to achieve defined goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ideal experience in grant or membership management
  • Previous experience working in an academic environment (an advantage)
  • French bilingualism (an advantage)
