About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer and Grant Writer to join our team at CLevelCrossing. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing grant writing strategies to secure funding for our projects and initiatives. This will involve researching and identifying potential funding sources, writing compelling grant proposals, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the financial sustainability of the company
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Identify and pursue grant funding opportunities to support the company's projects and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, partners, and community organizations
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making

  • Proven experience in financial management and grant writing
