Role Overview: As the Educational Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business within your assigned territory. Your goal is to motivate Canadian educators to provide their students with transformative travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: Formulate and implement long-term growth strategies by establishing collaborations with educators, school administrators, and educational stakeholders. Enhance market presence through customer retention and new business development via direct interactions. Meet weekly engagement targets through proactive self-generated leads and high-volume outreach. Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and informational sessions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and manage databases effectively. Provide precise forecasts of anticipated regional growth. Organize networking events and functions, often outside standard working hours. Promote a product that significantly impacts students' lives, all while enjoying travel opportunities. Ambitious and committed to surpassing goals. Dedicated to quality and fulfilling commitments. Qualifications: Based in the Greater Toronto Area. Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, particularly in new business development or account management. Experience in outside sales is advantageous. Familiarity with working alongside educational institutions is a plus. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings. Strong presentation and public speaking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is required for travel. Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
