As an Educational Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our outreach within your designated region. Your goal is to motivate educators to provide their students with the opportunity to explore the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement long-term growth strategies by establishing collaborations with educators, school administrators, and educational leaders.
  • Propel market expansion through customer retention and the acquisition of new business via direct engagement with clients.
  • Meet weekly engagement targets through proactive self-generated leads and high-volume outreach efforts.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and informational sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and manage databases effectively.
  • Provide reliable forecasts of anticipated regional growth.
  • Organize networking events and functions, often outside of standard business hours.
  • Promote a product that significantly impacts students' lives while enjoying travel opportunities.

Role Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience with a focus on new business development and/or account management.
  • Previous experience in outside sales is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with educational institutions and school boards is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is required for travel.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
