Director, Product Finance, Tangerine

Tangerine Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to lead our Product Finance team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Canadian Banking Finance division.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a small, high-impact team to ensure the execution of business strategies and objectives.
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement financial models to ensure accurate and up-to-date forecasts.
- Provide financial updates to senior executives and the Tangerine Board of Directors.
- Recommend pricing and other relevant recommendations to maximize shareholder value.
- Support the development of front-end data visualization tools and dashboards.
- Provide support for finance risk and operations work, projects, regulatory initiatives, and audit activities.
- Relevant experience at a financial institution in Treasury, Product, Economics, or Finance roles.
- Experience leading complex projects, process improvement initiatives, and/or technology roadmaps.
- Experience interacting with senior executives on a regular basis.
