About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Planning to join our team at Tangerine Bank. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving our business strategies and objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small, high-impact team and report to the CFO of Tangerine Bank
  • Develop and execute business plans and initiatives to support the team's objectives
  • Ensure compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to drive business decisions and strategies
  • Provide financial updates to senior executives and the Tangerine Board of Directors
  • Support the implementation of Tangerine Finance's technology roadmap
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in Treasury, Product, Economics, or Finance roles at a financial institution
  • Experience leading complex projects, process improvement initiatives, and technology roadmaps
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with senior executives and stakeholders
