About The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at our Iqaluit branch, you will work under the supervision of the Branch Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with various financial activities, such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and cashing cheques. You will also help customers identify their financial needs and provide them with suitable solutions through FNBC's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet the needs of our customers.
- Perform duties with a high level of accuracy and completeness.
- Be punctual and maintain a solid attendance record.
- Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Possess experience with financial institution software systems, preferably.
- Cash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience is also preferred.
- Meet the requirements for acceptable criminal and credit checks.
Job Location
This permanent full-time opportunity is based out of our Iqaluit, Nunavut branch.
