- Process mail and packages, including sorting, scanning, and delivering to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, back room, and customer service area.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
