As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing mail and packages, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process mail and packages, including sorting, scanning, and delivering to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, back room, and customer service area.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
