About The Role

As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of our customers and providing the right banking solutions. This includes opening new accounts, offering credit and credit counselling, basic investment products, and investment counselling. You will also promote the sale of all personal banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored banking solutions
  • Offer credit and credit counselling, as well as basic investment products and investment counselling
  • Promote the sale of personal banking products and services

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience in the financial industry, retail, or a goal-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others
  • Experience with financial institution software systems
  • Cash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience
  • Acceptable criminal and credit checks

Location

This permanent full-time opportunity is based out of our Iqaluit, Nunavut branch.
