Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at 1974772 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in the management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Manage the restaurant's inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
