About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Community Consultant. As a trusted provider of global information solutions, our mission is to help people around the world access the opportunities that lead to a higher quality of life, by helping organizations optimize their risk-based decisions and enabling consumers to understand and manage their personal information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for furnishing data to TransUnion and provide support to customers, sales, and other TU teams.
  • Excellent customer management skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • A proven understanding of the operations function, with previous experience in banking, retail credit or consumer credit reporting industries considered an asset.
  • The ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of large and small projects simultaneously.
  • Capability to maintain regulatory compliance in a complex environment with a demonstrated understanding of credit reporting laws and regulations.
  • Strong technical and reporting skills.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce and/or Metro 2 credit reporting.
  • A high level of computer literacy and excellent analytical skills.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and/or 7+ years of professional experience in customer-facing or operations roles, preferably in the credit or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Data Acquisitions department and its operational interdependencies within the organization.
  • The ability to analyze moderate to complex data using logic and quantitative reasoning, and an intuitive capacity for problem solving.

We are a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
