Job Title: Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at 2814686 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and optimize communication strategies and programs to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
  • Develop and create engaging written content, including reports, briefs, and website copy, to effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters, to support our marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate and execute special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and implement online marketing campaigns, including e-commerce and website promotions, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Maintain and manage our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and styles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
