About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Manager to join our team at Anet Fiber Tech Inc. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, deployment, and maintenance of our IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Direct and control daily operations, evaluating performance and making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.
  • Supervise and train a team of computer analysts, engineers, and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Manage incidents and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT project management, systems analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of iOS, MS PowerPoint, and other relevant tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
