PBS Systems Inc. is a leading provider of dealership management systems, and we're looking for a skilled Automotive Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in implementing and utilizing our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and support to customers on our Dealer Management System (DMS)
  • Assist customers with virtual training, online and on the phone, leading up to the implementation of our software
  • Travel to customer sites throughout North America to provide on-site training and support
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software and its applications
  • Work closely with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve our software and services

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the parts or service area of a dealership
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
