About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS), specifically in the Parts and/or Service modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to new and existing customers on our DMS software, ensuring they are proficient in using the system to manage their dealership's operations.
  • Implementation and Onboarding: Assist customers with virtual training, online and on the phone, leading up to the implementation of our software. Additionally, provide onsite training and support as needed.
  • Process Development and Documentation: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software and its applications, as well as the processes for training customers on its use.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, providing updates and feedback as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or a related field.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, effective time management and organizational skills, strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
