About the Role

PBS Systems is a leading provider of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) to the North American retail automotive industry. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Software Trainer to join our team and provide support and training to our customers on our DMS software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an understanding of the PBS DMS software and its various modules, including sales, service, inventory management, and accounting.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing customers on the use of our DMS software.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Assist customers with the implementation of our DMS software, including data entry and other key tasks.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers, identifying their needs and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote our DMS software and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for improving our DMS software and services.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
