Exceptional Needs Program - Youth Support Specialist (Permanent Night)

We are looking for a Full-time (Permanent Night) Youth Support Specialist to become a vital part of the Exceptional Needs Program.
  • Act as the primary support for children, adolescents, and their families
  • Engage in rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 service availability
  • Exhibit excellence in service provision and adhere to health & safety protocols
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and uphold a structured setting to facilitate clients' personal and social growth
  • Engage in collaborative meetings and training opportunities
  • Provide therapeutic support for designated clients and their families
  • Ensure adherence to program regulations set by the Licensing Department
  • Carry out tasks essential for the program's operation
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in Social Sciences, Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or Nursing
  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience working with youth is advantageous
  • Possession of a Class 5 driver's license and personal transportation
