About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Germain Hôtels. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including supply management, inventory control, and task assignment to team members.
  • Supervise and train room attendants and public area attendants to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Participate in emergency response and staff shortage situations as needed.

Requirements

  • Hotel management degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
