Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Work closely with the front desk associates to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborate with the management team to assign daily workloads and ensure fair distribution.
  • Prepare and distribute necessary materials and equipment to the housekeeping team.
  • Conduct daily audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and promote a culture of safety among team members.

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a custodial or housekeeping role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Basic mathematics knowledge.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
