- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
This position is based in a cleaning service company and involves working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel
- Conduct inspections of sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations as needed
- Assist cleaning staff in their duties as required
- Create and manage work schedules for the team
