Job Title: Cleaning Services Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our team at RJS Building Maintenance Ltd./ RJS Carpet Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning services provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repair work.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities maintenance role.
- Basic security clearance.
- Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
Work Environment:
- On the road job.
- Permanent work term.
- Work language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
