Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Supervisor to join our team at RJS Building Maintenance Ltd./ RJS Carpet Cleaning. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and establish work schedules.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, on-the-road position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in various locations and be willing to relocate.
