Cleaning Services Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our team at RJS Building Maintenance Ltd./ RJS Carpet Cleaning. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and maintain a positive working relationship with staff.
- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field. They will also possess basic security clearance and have excellent client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
This is a permanent, on-the-road position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
