The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repairs.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and establish work schedules.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Basic security clearance.
- Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
This is a permanent, on-the-road position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
