Job Title: Janitor Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitor Supervisor to join our team at RJS Building Maintenance Ltd./ RJS Carpet Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning services and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure that our facilities are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities are safe and clean, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services and supplies.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. You will be required to work on-site at various locations, and may be required to relocate.
