Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues with empathy and urgency to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • A keen analytical mind and advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Completed post-secondary education in a related field.
