Join Our Team as a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager

Edelman Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our fast-growing national Influencer Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic influencer marketing campaigns that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Manage and lead a team of influencer marketing experts to deliver high-quality campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate influencer marketing with other marketing channels
  • Manage multiple influencer projects and team members to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or brand marketing
  • 5-6 years of experience in social media and community management
  • 4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, including influencer identification, program management, outreach strategies, content planning, contracting, and reporting
  • Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing and leading integrated campaign strategies
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium to large-sized projects simultaneously
  • Clear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop influencer plans
