The role of a Restaurant Manager at McDonald's Restaurants involves overseeing the daily operations of the establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff to promote growth and improvement.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the dining experience.
- Event Management: Plan and manage events hosted at the restaurant.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives.
Manage a team of 5-10 employees to ensure effective service delivery.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.
