Food Services Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Operations Manager to join our team at TAHINIS SOUTH CORP. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Management
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
- Marketing and Planning
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing plans to promote our food services.
- Leadership and Training
- Lead and instruct employees on new procedures and best practices.
- Operations Management
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work in a repetitive task environment and maintain attention to detail is essential.
Requirements- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food services management role is preferred.
- Language
- Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
