Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Kinton Ramen London. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Training: Ensure that all staff members receive comprehensive training on our menu, policies, and procedures.
- Staff Management: Supervise and motivate a team of food service professionals to deliver outstanding service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that we maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Financial Management: Monitor and control labor costs, inventory expenses, and other financial aspects of the restaurant, working closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Availability: Willingness to work a 30-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
