Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at GIOPALM Group Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service team is well-coordinated and efficient.
Supervise and Train StaffSupervise and train food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and manage inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Lead by ExampleLead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service, quality, and safety.
Monitor and Improve PerformanceMonitor and improve performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
KnowledgeKnowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as culinary genres and menu planning
Work EnvironmentThis is a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and focus.
