About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: Ensure that all staff members receive comprehensive training on our menu, policies, and procedures.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and motivate a team of food service professionals to deliver outstanding service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that we maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control labor costs, inventory expenses, and other financial aspects of the restaurant, working closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: Willingness to work a 30-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
