Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Thakkar Hospitality ON-SW Inc DBA Tim Hortons Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth, including developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service or hospitality management role.
- Work Setting: Various locations.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
