**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Project Managers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating project tasks and activities
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes and reports
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for project-related activities
- Maintain accurate records and databases for project-related information
- Provide administrative support for project-related tasks and activities
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or Engineering
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore
