Project Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at Toronto Trim. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project coordinators and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to project coordinators, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Procedure Development: Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure efficient project operations.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures for projects.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Construction company.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Software: MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Project management software.
  • Other: Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler.
Area of Work Experience
  • Project Coordination: Experience in project coordination.
Area of Specialization
  • Project Management: Specialization in project management.
