Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Parts and Service Advisor to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and efficient repair orders, and maintaining a high level of technical knowledge in automotive parts and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in the parts store, providing expert advice on automotive parts and services.
  • Conduct thorough inspections, diagnose problems, and develop estimates for repairs and services.
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage, explaining provisions and exclusions to customers.
  • Prepare repair orders, obtaining approval signatures and entering them into our service database system.
  • Provide parts for auto technicians, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Perform parts inventory audits, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Valid G driver's license and acceptable driving record.
