Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialized Sales Consultant to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as an ambassador for our brand, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers to deliver a personalized and engaging shopping experience.
  • Uphold and execute all of our customer service initiatives to ensure a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Assist with processing, restocking merchandise, and monitoring in-store inventory to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Lead store opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation when management is not present.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the success of our team.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong sales experience and a proven ability to achieve top results in individual sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers.
  • Ability to stand most of the time or move around on the sales floor or warehouse.
  • Bilingual.
  • Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
