Specialized Retail Advisor

The Specialized Advisor plays a vital role in supporting the management team by demonstrating exceptional sales behaviors and leadership on the sales floor. This includes fostering a positive work environment and executing processes and operational goals in accordance with company standards and policies.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Act as an ambassador for the brand, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of products and staying up-to-date with the latest offerings.
- Establish strong connections and relationships with customers to maintain positive interactions and provide an unparalleled customer experience.
- Uphold and execute all of the company's customer service initiatives, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for every customer.
- Assist with processing, restocking merchandise, and monitoring in-store inventory to maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor.
- Assist with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and the cleanliness of the sales floor and warehouse to ensure a professional and inviting environment.
- Organize the warehouse, ensuring labeling, logical placement, organization, and cleanliness are maintained to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is not present, ensuring a smooth and secure transition.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by a member of the management team to support the success of the store.
- At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business and customers.
- Strong sales experience and a proven ability to achieve top results in individual sales performance, with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Ability to stand most of the time or move around on the sales floor or warehouse, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move merchandise as needed.
- Bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages.
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition to a competitive salary, you may also be offered a bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
