  • GENERAL FUNCTION: The specialized consultant plays a vital role in supporting the management team by showcasing exceptional sales behaviors and leadership on the sales floor, nurturing a positive work atmosphere, and executing operational goals in line with company standards and policies. The primary responsibility is to assist floor staff in motivating the team to surpass sales objectives. This part-time position is regarded as a key holder. Every team member is essential, and the specialized consultant's goal is to engage and inspire customers to deliver their best by providing an unmatched customer experience.
  • MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Acts as a brand ambassador, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and staying updated with new offerings.

    • Builds strong connections and relationships with customers to ensure positive interactions.

    • Upholds and implements all customer service initiatives established by the company.

    • Assists with inventory management, including processing and restocking merchandise.

    • Aids in floor movement, merchandising, display upkeep, and maintaining cleanliness in both the sales area and warehouse.

    • Organizes the warehouse to ensure proper labeling, logical placement, and cleanliness.

    • Leads store opening and closing procedures in the absence of management.

    • Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving top results in individual sales performance.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with others.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Proficient in computer usage and experienced with cash registers.

• Capability to stand for extended periods or move around the sales floor or warehouse.

• Bilingual proficiency.

• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 40 lbs.

Employee compensation is influenced by various factors, including location, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage laws.
