  • GENERAL FUNCTION: The specialized consultant plays a vital role in supporting the management team by showcasing exceptional sales practices and leadership on the sales floor, cultivating a positive workplace atmosphere, and executing operational objectives in line with company standards. The primary responsibility is to assist floor staff in motivating the team to surpass sales goals. This position is regarded as a part-time key holder, where every individual contributes significantly, and the specialized consultant aims to engage and inspire customers to deliver an unparalleled shopping experience.
  • MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Acts as a brand ambassador, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and staying informed about new offerings.

    • Builds strong connections with customers to foster positive relationships.

    • Implements and upholds all customer service initiatives set by the company.

    • Aids in processing, restocking merchandise, and overseeing in-store inventory.

    • Supports floor movement, merchandising, display upkeep, and maintaining cleanliness in both the sales area and warehouse.

    • Organizes the warehouse, ensuring proper labeling, logical arrangement, and cleanliness are consistently maintained.

    • Leads store opening and closing procedures in the absence of management.

    • Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of one year of retail experience in a specialized setting.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving top individual sales performance.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with others.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in computer usage and experience with cash registers.

• Capability to stand for extended periods or move around the sales floor or warehouse.

• Bilingual proficiency.

• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 40 lbs.

Compensation is determined by various factors, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage standards. Additionally, a competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, complementing a comprehensive total rewards package.
