Job Overview

As a vital member of the Chandos team, the Junior Proposal Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Proposal Coordinator and collaborate closely with the Proposal Manager. This role is essential in facilitating the acquisition of new projects through comprehensive support during the proposal process, from the initial evaluation to the final submission and follow-up.

Timely and efficient execution of these tasks is crucial for producing high-quality proposals that effectively showcase the strengths of Chandos' project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor public bid boards on a daily basis.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of opportunities within the CRM database.
  • Oversee the go-no-go decision-making process.
  • Examine requests for proposals and prequalification documents.
  • Gather, compile, and utilize boilerplate content as necessary.
  • Leverage CRM database profiles and resumes for proposal development.
  • Assist in crafting and reviewing project-specific content to enhance proposal effectiveness.
  • Create new content and boilerplate materials.
  • Provide proposal boilerplate and updated content to junior proposal coordinators for review and archiving.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, business, journalism, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in task management, prioritization, and time management.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to understand and develop abstract concepts.
  • Positive demeanor and a robust work ethic.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in teamwork and receptive to feedback.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented.
