Job Description

Forbes Bros. Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Administrator to join our team in Edmonton, AB.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in monitoring multiple inboxes and client portals daily and enter data into our CRM system in a timely manner. They will demonstrate attention to detail and a high level of discretion when assisting coordinators with preparation and finalization of client-facing documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor multiple bid inboxes and client portals
  • Maintain proposal files
  • Enter data into our CRM system
  • Complete and manage bid/no bid process and generate reports
  • Assist proposal coordinators with preparation of proposals and prequalification documents
  • Assist with preparation of presentations and other client-focused documents
  • Assist with bid kick-off meetings and preparation of bid plans
  • Collaborate with other internal groups to obtain proposal information
  • Perform other tasks related to this function as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in an office or construction environment is preferred
  • Experience in estimating or proposals and experience with CRM system is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite applications and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to work overtime hours as required
  • Ability to work in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • High degree of initiative, diplomacy, and discretion
  • Strong work ethic with a positive Can-do attitude
  • In design or graphic design experience is considered an asset
