In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Proposal Coordinator while collaborating closely with the Proposal Manager. The Proposal Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the proposal coordination and business development teams. This position encompasses assistance throughout the entire proposal lifecycle, from the initial evaluation of opportunities to submission and subsequent follow-up.
Your efficient and timely execution of these responsibilities is vital for delivering high-quality proposals that effectively showcase the capabilities of Chandos' project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor public bid boards on a daily basis.
- Input opportunities into the CRM database.
- Facilitate the go-no-go decision-making process.
- Maintain and update proposal boilerplate content regularly.
- Oversee the management of the content repository.
- Complete necessary proposal documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, business, journalism, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong task management, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
- Adept at understanding and developing abstract concepts.
- Positive demeanor and a strong work ethic.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others and accept feedback constructively.
- Energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Sense of urgency and capability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
