The Private Enterprise Services division at KPMG is dedicated to assisting entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, privately-held firms, and affluent individuals and families. Our primary goal is to ensure our clients' success. Alongside providing assurance, accounting, and tax services, we collaborate with various teams within our firm to deliver a comprehensive suite of services.
Key Responsibilities
Execute compilation and review engagements.Prepare year-end adjustments and bookkeeping as necessary.Complete corporate, personal, and other tax filings.Lead field engagement teams while mentoring and coaching junior staff.Analyze complex accounting challenges.Build and nurture client relationships.As an accounting expert, you will deliver high-value services that assist companies in evaluating their risks and ensuring operational transparency.Qualifications
Degree or diploma in accounting/business.2 - 3 years of post-graduate experience in a public accounting environment.Solid understanding of the Accounting Cycle, General Ledgers, and Account Posting.Exceptional project management, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.Experience with ASPE.Familiarity with accounting and tax software.Effectively monitor multiple or complex projects to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.Outstanding client service skills with an ability to comprehend clients' businesses and maintain robust client relationships.Commitment to achieving high standards of client service and professionalism in all duties.Experience in mentoring and delegating tasks to junior staff, leveraging previous experience and technical knowledge for client benefit.Adept at employing various techniques to analyze issues.Support for Your Success
