Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Accountant to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data and prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and trial balances.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Develop and implement financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Accountant or Financial Analyst.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and accounting.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial software, including QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with a backlog of financial data.
  • Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
