The Senior Financial and Accounting Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual documentation related to the Trust's financial reporting and compliance obligations. Key responsibilities encompass the formulation of financial statements, accompanying notes, Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A), earnings announcements, and presentations for investors.

  • Facilitate the annual compilation of the AIF and MIC
  • Coordinate treasury functions
  • Prepare TSX Form 1 documentation
  • Evaluate fluctuations in fair value
  • Oversee unit-based compensation programs
  • Contribute to special initiatives

Academic/Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or real estate
  • CPA, CFA, or a related advanced qualification is mandatory
  • 4-5 years of progressive experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of IFRS standards
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications
  • Experience with Workiva software is advantageous
